We get up and order our standard breakfast at the hotel. From there it’s about getting ready for BJJ, first class of the day.

We continue working in butterfly guard and do more chokes and counters. After class it feels cold and refreshing to get out into the thirty something degrees outside. There’s a garden hose there and it’s just so good standing under the running water afterwards. No need for heated water around here.
Tiger Muay Thai and mixed martial arts camp is big. There are four different places where Muay Thai is practiced, fitness classes, boxing, mma cage and more. When we come out from BJJ we look straight into a fitness class where they jump, pump and run.

We spend time by the hotel pool after lunch. The power is out in the hotel. That means no air condition and when we go back up to the room it’s thirty degrees there. Not really good for cooling down.
We go to Muay Thai class and do our thing there. After class I get informed I’m to be in the immerdiate group from tomorrow. The guy who will take it’s down there came late to class and therefore did it not happen today. Katja and I like training together so that’s good news for both of us.

We eat dinner at Tiger before walking back home.
Before we left the power had come back and we let the air con on while we trained. It’s refreshingly cool to get back inside.
Having lost a lot of skin on my right big toe we’re trying our best to do some repair work. Hopefully it’ll be usable tomorrow.

I once tried standing up on my toes to see far out in the distance, but I found that I could see much farther by climbing to a high place.

Humongen! The big guy! The man, the myth, the legend! And then theres' me. The nice guy in the house. The man without cooking skills, but with five stars on the Playstation. Boss at work, relaxed at home. What you see is what you get. Life is good. I choose it to be.
