Weekend in Ubud

It’s not like it’s a big difference between weekdays and weekends for us. But we do try to separate the two, if not just for fun. Since the Acro yoga classes are on Saturday and Sundays we even sleep in on these days. We didn’t get up until 8:30 this morning. By then it’s really bright and with sounds of all the birds, grasshoppers, dogs and motorbikes. Continue reading

Tai Chi Bali – Commercial

I have earlier said we were quite happy with Dave West as an instructor of Tai Chi Chuan, here at the Yoga Barn. Dave is a full time instructor and run classes out of Tai Chi Bali. I have emailed with Dave after our training session and told him I could put some info up at the blog. Motorbike ride in the countryside

With a dare devil approach to life, we rented a motorbike and set of into traffic. With a mantra sounding like: “Drive on the left side, Padawan”, we managed to stay clear of any scary situations. We visited three holy sites and passed through lovely rice field landscape during the day. Read on for info and pictures.
