During the night we have a power out and the air con stop working. We wake up covered in sweat with probably thirty degrees in the room around three in the morning. Continue reading

The night have been a study in “to hot to sleep with the cover, too cold to sleep without”. I have woken countless times either sweating under the cover and gasping for air, or shivering without it. It’s almost morning and yesterday I thought it was as good idea to do yoga at 6:15 today. Go figure. Continue reading
We start the morning by running intervals. Last training session here on the island. Shorter but faster speed on each intervals. Our friend Rune Asp said it would be easy to drop out of training mode on such a trip. I think we now have proved ourselves, Rune.
