Another night has passed, but wouldn’t you know – I slept for seven hours. I’m slowly getting better in everything but the rashes. I eat a decent breakfast and afterwards we spend time on the blog. A thing that’s been neglected for a while. I’m a week behind on writing that I have to catch up on. Then posting the pictures before publishing. We’ll get back in sync eventually.
Katja spends her days reading yoga material. She’s a killer now in what muscles are used in what poses. Between that and Krishna’s lecturing to Arjuna she’s a veritable yogi.
Since I’m staying clear of dairy products we get yogurt to use with the muesli. After lunch we talk and just hang out in the room before we use the laundry. Katja goes back out to the sun, I back to my confine in the room. Read, watch video, play games and blog. Rinse and repeat. Nothing much more to report.

Katja comes back after a while and we go out to dinner the same place as the other days. My appetite it’s way better and I enjoy not having to force down every bite.
Only thing now that’s way off base is the rashes on my feet. They’re red enough to look like a martian. If there’s no improvement until tomorrow I’ll go see the doctor again.
“Bright reds – scarlet, pillar-box red, crimson or cherry – are very cheerful and youthful. There is certainly a red for everyone.”
