Katja and Arne's travel stories

13.03.15 – more yoga

Another day another session. Katja is at the seven o’clock morning flow, I join in at nine for the power yoga.

We go back to the hotel and just catch breakfast before eleven.
We do some work on blog, pictures, mails etc. And check in on our upcoming flight to Thailand.
For an afternoon adventure we drive up into town and take a coffee while talking of life’s mysteries. We do a little necessary shopping on the tour back. Believe me when I say three underwear will not see you through a year. At least when used in training and when you want to avoid smelling like a backstreet cat.
My back is sore enough to sit the last class of today out while Katja takes today’s third class. Les have a vinyasa flow and Katja runs off to join. I do some banking and try to figure out Google finance. Turns out it don’t cover the Norwegian stock market and there are tons of terms and whole sentences there I don’t understand. This is gonna take a while. But then again I’m a patient man. I got inspired by John to look into this and I will not quit on first obstacle.
I pick Katja up from yoga to go directly to dinner. We have set our eyes on a steak tonight. Haven’t had that in ages. We drive to a restaurant we know serves good steak and are not disappointed.
We drive home down a less traveled road and end up driving through a large pool of water to get home. No problemo. It’s fun to go outside the main streets now and again. I guess the development here will make this the third large parallel road in just a year or two. It’s an insanely building boom in Ubud.

It is not the beauty of a building you should look at; its the construction of the foundation that will stand the test of time.
