Katja it’s off early to do yoga while I snooze another hour. My leg is better and I look forward to training.
Katja come back for breakfast and we eat, pack and head out together for some BJJ. There’s a new instructor today also, and he is equally good as the two previous. We do some (to me) funky moves that includes rolling, choking and moving almost like a monkey.
We might haven gotten more used to the heat now, as we were not so beat after class this morning. Tired and sore in the muscles, but not the dead heavy feeling from after training last week.
We have lunch with Nezih before going back.
We spend some time in and by the pool before going to the room to cool down. Cool and cool, I don’t know. It’s thirty degrees in the room but still cooler than outside. Air condition will have it down to lower twenties soon.
Now we do some blog work and Katja also reads up on her yoga literature. It was quite a list if books she needs to go through before July.
We go to training and are surprisingly springy in the steps. Are we getting closer to being climatized?
The training is back to square one since there is a lot of new people coming in on Mondays. When Mr Miyagi talks after two hours we think we’re moved to Intermediate class. Not sure though because he’s still a mystery I have yet to decipher fully. I guess we’ll know for sure tomorrow.
We order take away, pick up this morning laundry for forty Baht (about 1,2$) and move back home. Hopefully we’ll get to do some skyping with family back home in Norway.

- Us and Mr. Miyagi
The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses, behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights.
