After yesterday I think this is gonna be a rather short post. We got up, ate and went to BJJ.

Maccachero did a bit different class today. Longer technical drill and just one round of sparring. Then he released the Krakken with a physical workout from hell. I had already thrown in the towel and watched fascinated all the poor buggers struggling.

I had my private Muay Thai session in just thirty minutes and got ready for that. I’m gradually getting better and are imposing a trick or two on the trainer, Moo.
Katja waited for me and refilled my water bottle a couple if times during training. Ahh, what wonder cold water is…

After finishing we took lunch to go and headed home. I had a Skype date with my boss, Tore, today and I set up that while Katja got ready for her private Muay Thai session.
Tore and I finished just fifteen minutes before Katja returned high as a kite. She was feeling a little down while warming up, but pulled herself up and went into the private session with a clear purpose and goal. The outcome was a phenomenal feeling and she’s already looking forward to next class.
We went down to the pool just as the clouds appeared and blocked the sun. It was actually quite nice laying out there in the shades. After the designated hour we got up and got out and hit dinner. Got it?
Back home we relaxed and watched as little TV. Trying to heal everything that’s wrong here now it’s a exercise in cream, band aid, more cream and pills. Hopefully we’ll be back to our normal self before we return home.
This life is like a swimming pool. You dive into the water, but you can’t see how deep it is.

Humongen! The big guy! The man, the myth, the legend! And then theres' me. The nice guy in the house. The man without cooking skills, but with five stars on the Playstation. Boss at work, relaxed at home. What you see is what you get. Life is good. I choose it to be.
