This is another of the days in a row here in Phuket where we train, eat and recover. Nothing big really happend during the day, so this post is rather short.

The guard dog at Dragon Muay Thai, right next door to our hotel. Some days does he look like a cuddeling little doggy. Other days, like this…
Routine is back after Songkran. Up, breakfast (containing the standard egg and salad), BJJ training from 9-11 and then massage. From massage to lunch, and from lunch to a rest at the hotel room. Back to Muay Thai training for me at 16:00 and Katja does her private at 18:15. Dinner at Tiger, and then home and one episode on the telly before turning in.
As I said; another day in the machine.
If there is anything to notice it’s that there has been a massive shift of clientel at Tiger. The BJJ class this morning was loaded with people we haven’t seen before. There’s been a Chinese invasion here. I don’t know how many they are, but one group of Chinese people that count about 50 have entered the premisis. You can see it in the line up at the counter at the restuarant also. As they don’t speak all that well English, and tries to communicate with the waitresses – it’s an accident waiting to happen.
