Katja and Arne's travel stories

24.07.15 Yin day

Another day another yoga session. Today I’ll do Yin.
Yin is one part of the yin yang symbol and represents the soft and slow. The classes are like that with few poses, but you stay in them for three to five minutes. That’s quite a long time when something is stretching to its limit in your body. Cat was supposed to teach the class but was subbed by Levi. He did a good job, and I really enjoyed the class.

After lunch I did more office work before watching more instructional videos about work.

I met Katja at a massage place where we each had a treatment. Nothing special, but absolutely OK. We walked home to shower of the massage oil and immediately went out for dinner. Just across the street as usual.

Homework before lights out. I know now medial from lateral. As I said, a little rubs off on me.

“Owners of dogs will have noticed that, if you provide them with food and water and shelter and affection, they will think you are God. Whereas owners of cats are compelled to realize that, if you provide them with food and water and affection, they draw the conclusion that they are God.”
