I swap out the bread at breakfast for a Healthy breakfast of egg and veggies. Me, the health freak.
I walk over to the barn and do Tight Guy yoga. Eka is teaching, but there’s no big difference from Carlos’s class. It’s pain for gain.

I go back to the room and have cereal for lunch. I’m seriously getting tired of rice and noodles and barely eat any local food anymore. POTATOES!!!

There’s more videos from Ignite to be seen before next training session: Vinyasa flow with Marcus. He’s very good at yoga, but to full of himself to be a decent teacher. Several teachers show off pretty advanced moves, but none other come off looking like they do it to show off in stead of still teaching. Last class with him then.

Katja finally come home, do homework and it’s already nighty-night. Another day in paradise.

“I despise formal restaurants. I find all of that formality to be very base and vile. I would much rather eat potato chips on the sidewalk.”

Werner Herzog

Humongen! The big guy! The man, the myth, the legend! And then theres' me. The nice guy in the house. The man without cooking skills, but with five stars on the Playstation. Boss at work, relaxed at home. What you see is what you get. Life is good. I choose it to be.
