Happy birthday, Enga! Not only I’d my football club 102 years, but we have a ceremony for laying does the first stone for the new stadium. Hallelujah.
I had put on the alarm this morning too to catch a class at nine. Couldn’t get it right it seemed, so I catch a class at ten instead. I talk to the lady next to me in class. She could be my mother and have been doing yoga for about seven years. She’s here on Bali for eleven weeks to train and relax. She does two classes a day. How cool isn’t that?
The class is led by Bex and I’m pumped when I go out. I’m early in class to roll on my spike ball from Rachel and I spend a little time after class to roll my feet. Gotta do those exercises.
On my way home bound I meet Les who tells me: “We nearly lost Katja today. She kicked through the cupboard.” I know she can kick, but what the … I meet Katja just around the corner, and it turned out she kicked up in handstand towards a window not safe for that kind of action. The winds shade flew open and everybody freaked out. All well that’s ends well.
Katja goes with me to the hotel to pick up more dry clothes and we head out together. I go to Hubud to download more videos and hopefully Windows 10. I got the videos, but was bummed out on Windows.
I come home and Katja message me we go directly for dinner. We’ve agreed on pizza, ok my wish, and we get there before it gets busy.
We practice Katja’s poses for the upcoming group-taught-class on Saturday. The group will continuously teach poses for a full class of yoga. Katja have four poses and we practice the cues to make it clear and understandable. She’s doing great, by the way. After that it’s more reading about yoga before it’s lights out.
