13.07.15 Start of the training
So the course starts. Not fully though, as ten out of thirty has not yet arrived due to the volcanic ash around here.

10.07.15 Falling into routine
We are falling into the routine of Bali, Ubud and yoga.
Katja is insatiable and get up early to do the seven or eight o’clock classes. Today she did the seven o’clock and I meet up with her at nine to do the Power yoga class with Carlos. Continue reading

08.07.15 Bakti Negara
After breakfast I drive down to Bagus and practice pencak silat for two hours. Traffic is easier in the morning, but it’s even easier when I have Katja on the bike reading the GPS. Continue reading
07.07.15 Yoga time
We plan to do different classes in the morning. I’m heading to Tight Guy yoga class. Sounds about right to me.
Katja start her class at ten, I at ten thirty. Since mine is just an hour long we’ll finish at the same time and go from there. Continue reading

After a good night’s sleep we go down to the breakfast we know all too well. Katja made oatmeal in the room and we order the standard egg and toast breakfast for me. Continue reading
