10.07.15 Falling into routine
We are falling into the routine of Bali, Ubud and yoga.
Katja is insatiable and get up early to do the seven or eight o’clock classes. Today she did the seven o’clock and I meet up with her at nine to do the Power yoga class with Carlos. Continue reading

11.04.15 Private Muay Thai and Steak dinner
Saturday and another day has dawned. Katja it’s up before me as I tried to watch Norwegian football again last night.

Katja’s foot is not getting any better unfortunately. After being still during the night it’s killing her to walk on it in the morning.

Time has come to leave Bali yet another time. We’re heading it to Thailand and there we hope to find the sun again.

12.03.15 Handstand day
Katja has signed up for a Handstands workshop today. Three hours from 9-12 of advanced training for achieving handstands. I go to class 10-11:30 with vinyasa flow.
