First real morning of the Peaceful Warrior camp. Oh ye of little conditioning, he shall pay the price of the parkour training.

Today is the first day if the Peaceful Warrior camp. We spend the morning by the pool and packing up and then it’s moving time again.

Another day, another hotel change. We’re moving over Bali like nomads.

Up at the right time this morning. Strangely how that makes everything run more smoothly. Last day for now with Bakti Negara.
25.02.15 Lunch in Ubud, with friends
We take another run at the motorcycle in Bali today. We’re going out for lunch after training Pencak Silat. All is well in the house until we realize we’re one hour behind schedule.

Today we start training an hour earlier with Bagus and are up with the sun. Oatmeal for breakfast. With banana, muesli and cold milk. Heavenly!
