Rest day for the both of us. Sunday is a quiet day here in the street and all the training facilities are closed.

21.03.15 A great meet with friends
Katja it’s up and go to training while I skip it to spare the leg. I roll over, fall asleep again and don’t wake until 9:30. Damn, twelve hours of sleep is just great!
18.03.15 Motorbike ride for No Poo project
We sleep in long today. Even though the next door gym “Dragon Muay Thai” start their pad work at 6:30. I notice, go to the toilet and fall deeply and madly in love with the bed once again.
11.03.15 BABI GULING
We had the alarm clock on for the first day since the camp. We’re doing three consecutive hours of yoga from nine o’clock. Better get going.

After a good night’s sleep we’re ready to go to yoga. Today’s first class isn’t until ten so it’s a relaxed and slow morning.
25.02.15 Lunch in Ubud, with friends
We take another run at the motorcycle in Bali today. We’re going out for lunch after training Pencak Silat. All is well in the house until we realize we’re one hour behind schedule.
