We are still not through all that the Yoga barn has to offer. Today we tried out Power yoga with Bex. Continue reading
On the move
This morning was a slow and easy one. We slept in late and after breakfast spent an hour and a half by the pool. Then we were on the move again.
Scary, but fun
When we are in Acro Yoga classes we are constantly reminded of the importance of trust. Today I felt it in a way that took me completely by surprise.
The day after….
Anytime you have to much fun, there is always the day after. It’s not like you have to party to hard or anything, I think it’s just karma that put things right again. Continue reading
Birthday boy
Yup, it’s that time of year again. When all your Facebook friends write on your wall, and you’re supposed to say stuff like “It’s not the numbers, it’s how you feel”. Welcome to my birthday.

I am able to do a Visyana or a Chataranga (I’m writing as it think it sounds 🙂 ) Continue reading
Weekend in Ubud
It’s not like it’s a big difference between weekdays and weekends for us. But we do try to separate the two, if not just for fun. Since the Acro yoga classes are on Saturday and Sundays we even sleep in on these days. We didn’t get up until 8:30 this morning. By then it’s really bright and with sounds of all the birds, grasshoppers, dogs and motorbikes. Continue reading
Tai Chi Bali – Commercial
I have earlier said we were quite happy with Dave West as an instructor of Tai Chi Chuan, here at the Yoga Barn. Dave is a full time instructor and run classes out of Tai Chi Bali. I have emailed with Dave after our training session and told him I could put some info up at the blog. So if you happen to find this site by searching for Tai Chi and Bali, know that there are several of us that like what Dave West teaches.
