22.04.15 Break in the routine
I wake every morning from the alarm, or rather Katja’s continuous talking now that the alarm has gone off. Today is no different, but for the fact that she’s not in bed. She’s cross legged on the floor having mediated for a while. But when the alarm goes off she’s back among us mere mortals and go:”blah blah blah I’ve meditated! blah blah blah. Wanna hear what I’ve planned for the day? Yes? Yes? Yes? Blah blah blah.” I just try not to fall asleep again.
20.04.15 Monday blues
After breakfast we go to the pharmacy to see what can be done with my heat rashes. I didn’t like the answer.
19.04.15 Sunday in the sun
Sleeping long are for suckers. We get up an do breakfast before getting on the bike.
18.04.15 Sweet Saturday
The alarm go off at seven and we stumble out of bed. Cold left over chicken from yesterday’s dinner swallowed down with water and we’re ready for action. Continue reading
17.04.15 Phuket old town – touristing
We get up and start the mornings repair of the body. Between heat rashes, bruises, muscle soreness, Katja’s foot and my rib it takes a pharmacy to keep us moving.
16.04.15 Visa extension
We have plans if getting our visa extension here in Thailand today. Training first, then immigration.
15.04.15 Another day in the machine
This is another of the days in a row here in Phuket where we train, eat and recover. Nothing big really happend during the day, so this post is rather short.
