Katja’s foot is not getting any better unfortunately. After being still during the night it’s killing her to walk on it in the morning.

04.04.15 Fast and Furious
Yesterday we asked the restaurant for a few boiled eggs and we have them for breakfast. Nothing is really open before we do Muay Thai at eight in the morning.

Another day another training session. Or two. BJJ in the morning private Muay Thai in the evening.
02.04.15 Ribs
My rib still hurts this morning so I pass on the BJJ. I go with Katja to see what Alex is teaching so I can be up to speed visual if not technical tomorrow.
01.04.15 BJJ and private Muay Thai
Today we’ve been traveling for eight months. Have a great April’s fools day.
We see Nezih passing by on the road when we have breakfast and he comes on over and joins us. Katja reschedule and go with me to BJJ instead of doing Muay Thai this morning and all three of us walk down to Tiger.

BJJ session this morning was awesome. We did a longer combination with positioning and submissions.

We get ready for the eight unlock Muay Thai session this morning. Another week is on.
29.03.15 Sunday – Official rest day
Sunday and full rest day. We are lucky and meet Nezih at the restaurant we do breakfast and spend some time talking before heading back to the room.

It pays to ask if you don’t really get what the Thai’s are telling you. We found that out this morning.

Rest day. Sleep loooong. I don’t get up until 8:20 this morning. Aaaah, I needed this.
